Before he was a lawyer, Mark was a sparky. He knows what it’s like to be on the tools, and he knows the pressures and the types of disputes that arise on construction and infrastructure projects. After hanging up the tool belt, Mark spent six years as a police officer and plain-clothes investigator with the NSW Police. Now, with over seven years of specialist construction law experience, he combines real-world site knowledge with deep legal expertise.

Mark has worked on major projects including Sydney Metro, Western Sydney Airport, and Parramatta Light Rail. He's handled complex claims, security of payment disputes, and multi-jurisdictional litigation.
